I had no dropdown menus on machines I have used or mask sizes. I don't think it is a firewall thing as someone mentioned above because I don't have a firewall. I hope I am still enrolled without this data.

Tried to do questionnaire 3 times. The screen would come up and then an error appeared that closed me down.

I never figured out how the do the pull downs on masks and machines. Can I amend my info.

That kept happening to me, too until I closed off our Google toolbar. Then I was able to access the page without being closed down.

I also had no dropdown menus on machines I have used or mask sizes. Jave is enabled so I am a bit confused here. Hope, I'm still signed up here.
