yes, I'd do what Granny suggested and bump the min pressure by one, and give it a few days...

most important thing is how you feel, not the exact numbers... which are already good.
ok. i definitely feel better than before cpap. i probably just have a few months of sleep to catch up on after 10 yrs of this condition, before i start to see more improvements. i can stay up past 8 now but if i lay down on the couch to watch tv, i'll be asleep in 5 minutes. it seemed at first after starting therapy i had more energy. maybe was just such a vast improvement from without it i noticed it more, and now it leveled off and need to catch up on years of terrible sleep. thanks for all the help ya'll.

you have to change the url... just like I showed you.

right click this link: Image then when it comes up, remove the s just before the .png, in the address bar of your browser, and hit enter.

to get a left click to enlarge, the poster has to get tricky with the bbcode, wrapping it in a link. [code] instead of [img]http:// ... ng?1[/img]
[/code]

which gives you:

when you first started, you were going from a situation of perpetual exhaustion to something new... now you're adjusting, you're probably not sleeping as well as in the first days because you're not terminally exhausted... remember, before cpap, you weren't so much sleeping as simply passing out from exhaustion... not resting, not getting energy.

now, you're working on finding a new equilibrium, and that takes time.

and fussing and obsessing over the details isn't likely to help...

also, it's VERY very easy to mis-remember things from days, or weeks ago.... some people recommend keeping a journal, either a paper written one, or making notes in the notes section of sleepyhead... download your data, and write a diary entry about how you're feeling, what you did, any changes you made, etc... the paper one may be easier to flip back through, whereas the sleepyhead one is there for looking at on individual days.... both have minor advantages and disadvantages. (like so many things )

Ok now I got it. I thought the url was something the poster had to do but I now know if I remove one letter I can enlarge it. It's still easier just to click.

it is easier to click, but that requires every poster to use imgur, and select the large thumbnail, and linked bbcode... and if wishes were horses...

You mean they aren't? Damn, that's what I have been doing wrong.

I prefer to just click also...but then I am a well known lazy sot. I have enough to think about and try to keep straight in my head besides writing code. I just can't remember to do it or what to do ....to be honest.

all I'm saying is that if someone posts a large thumbnail, without a link to the bigger pic, instead of trying to blow it up and look at a fuzzy pic, just remove the lower case L before the .png, and you get a big pic.

Now you have crossed home plate and are sitting in the dugout. Time to start thinking about your next at bat ---->
- Practice good sleep hygiene (Google it and read several sources)
- Eat a good diet
- Have a regular, moderate exercise program
- Try to avoid daytime naps.
- Practice total abstinence of caffeine including sources like chocolate (sigh)
- Review all medicines, vitamins and supplements you are taking to make sure none are interfering with sleep
- Use the bedroom for sleeping (and sex) only, and make sure the bedroom and bed are comfortable.
- Optimize emotional stress in your life
- Use CPAP software to make sure your therapy is optimized
- If you still don't feel or sleep well, make sure you have regular medical checkups to confirm there are no other medical problems.
