I still miss my analyser graphs that showed my "best" pressure was around 9.....

Now with ReScan, I am still "hunting" for my "sweet spot"!!!

Hello, I posted in the forums about some SleepyHead issues and Pugsy asked I filled you in....
Data showing is either spurious (like a median/ 95% of 7.8 when APAP is set to 9-12), or doesn't show up (AHI).
I noticed this when comparing data shown in ResScan.
Please contribute to the post if you like. I can also check back here

Resmed: Hrs Used=9:47
AHI=2.5
95% Pressure=13.1, Avg Press=11.9, Max Press=13.3
95% Leaks=2.4

SleepyHead: Hrs Used=19.29.25Sleep=23.39 = Wake=9.25
AHI=1.28
95%Pressure = 13.34 Avg Pressure=11.98
No Leak Data
I didn't change anything in Preferences but maybe it's set up incorrectly? Thanks for your help.
EDIT: I just noticed in Overview the sleep and wake times are all 1 hr ahead but the data has always matched Resmed except for last night. I never noticed the times before.
Same crazy data for last night, True Usage= 10hrs, Turned On 10:30PM, Off 8:30... SH= 21Hrs, On 23:34,Off=9:34..SH=AHI=2.95- Res=4.8, Res Leaks=7.2(95%), SH=No Data, Avg Press=same as Res. I may have missed it but am I the only one experiencing this problem?
You're not alone DoriC...

See my earlier thread. I've been having issues as far as maximum leak rates and usage hours being out of sync between the two software programs that Jedimark is looking into. On the leak rates, my daily detail graphs look the same between the two but ResScan keeps coming up with a maximum leak of 22.8 or 24.0, substantially higher than the actual maximum showing up in the daily detail graphs which Sleepyhead appears to be capturing correctly. On the usage hours, ResScan comes up with the right amount of total hours and Sleepyhead is coming up with some crazy total usage hours which I've posted in the Bug Tracker section of the SourceForge.net site here:

In Preferences,General, under Calculation Method I'm using Middle Calc=Median...Upper Percentile=95%....Max Calc=99%.
Mark seems to have corrected the crazy usage hrs but the Leaks and Pressures are off on my 95% data.
Resmed Leaks 95%=16.8....SH=20.4
Resmed Pressure 95%=12.4...SH=13.2. The Average and Max on both reports are pretty accurate. The AHI is pretty accurate too. I think it's that 95%/Max marker that's the problem but what do I know?? Mark is giving us such an amazing gift and is really working out the bugs. Blessings!

Mark, do you plan to add flow limitation and RERA to the overview graphs at some time?

Is there anyone else that is getting: Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error after closing Sleepyhead? It pops up after closing everytime.

Something interesting today. I had my Laptop open today to the Overview Page of SH 0.92 and then closed the Lid for a minute. I reopened the Lid and the charts were gone and that section was black. It repeated each time that I checked.

I wasn't looking for anything, just happenstance.
I'm getting better day by day. Few if any OA Events, mostly CAs and Hyponeas.

I have Interstital Lung Disease

Congrats on moving to Beta, Mark. I dropped out of testing for a while to get in touch with my inner zombie, but your rock solid (with a few known cracks) alpha has served me well.

I installed 0.9.2.1 today. SH is some definite signs of maturity, and you've added some great features. Hopefully by the time you come back, I'll have caught up with this thread enough to know which comments are worth posting. I hope your break was restful and productive and that all the things that were upside down have flipped back over.

I have it installed on my Windows 7 64 bit system and it runs OK. Right click on the installer and run as administrator when you install it.

Hi, Just a "ping" letting you all know I'm still alive.

I'm currently going through a very difficult time at home, and my primary focus for now is to try and keep my family together. I can't devote much time to SleepyHead development right now.

I'm quite depressed, but there is no way in hell I'm giving up.

My apologies to anyone stuck with the crummy bugs that are still around.. especially the ones affecting ResMed users. I will get around to fixing these soon..
If anyone techy feels up to providing a patch for this stuff, right now they would especially be welcome..

Anyway, Watch this space... I'm very much wanting to get back into the swing of things..

Thanks for your support.

/Mark

JediMark,

I am so sorry to hear about your and your family's difficulties. You have made such a huge difference in sow many of our lives with SleepyHead. And we really appreciate you.

But it's time to take care of yourself and your family situation for now. So do what you need to do and don't worry about SH for the time being.

Wishing you and your family all the best,
Robysue

Hi Jedimark, am I correct in my understanding that there is now currently a working copy of SleepyHead that supports Fisher & Paykel Icon Premo.
If so, please could you let me know where I can get the download and to whom I should be really grateful.

Mike, what Mark is saying in the quote is that the F&P support is in the source code (human readable version of the program). That doesn't necessarily mean that anyone has compiled it (so a computer can run it) or that it works. You might try the current version and 0.9.1, though.

Mark, We all wish you the best and agree that you are so wise to concentrate on taking care of yourself and your family first. We here on cpaptalk can get along very well until you have the extra time, energy and inclination to go further with this already wonderful and capable piece of software you have created. Don't worry about a few little bugs - whatever they may be they are minor compared to the great work you have already accomplished. Take care of yourself and remember there will be brighter days ahead for you and those you love.

Best wishes, Nate
