Help:Blog

What is a blog?

Help:Blog is short for "web log".

Your Very Own User Page

You have a personal user page which may be used to place publicly viewable information about yourself so that other CPAPtalk.com CPAP Wiki users may come to know you, and hopefully appreciate your contributions.

Create A Blog! Share with Family and Friends

Your own personal user page can also be used as a Help:Blog, which you may update from time to time, to keep your family, friends, and fellow CPAPtalk members informed about your happenings. Use it to give updates about your therapy, express your opinions, rant or rave, or add news about your life or interesting things you would like to share with others.

Go to your user page and try it out! Then you can just email one link to everyone or they can come to your Help:Blog on here anytime to see what's up in your world.

Ways You Can Use Your Blog

Here are a few ideas for things to do with your blog.

Blogging Tips

  • Hint: To get to YOUR user page simply look for your username on the top left hand side of the CPAPtalk CPAP Wiki. It will be just above the word "Navigation" and just below the CPAPtalk logo.

Chances are that your page is blank so just go ahead and dive right in and edit your page. Add to it or change it anytime.

  • Hint: CPAPtalk.com Members who frequent the CPAPtalk.com Forum can add the link to their blog into their Member profile or their signature file.

Keep in mind, the general terms of the CPAPtalk.com User Agreement and CPAPtalk.com CPAP Wiki Disclaimers, and any related terms and conditions, apply to your blog page.

  • Important! Please be aware that what you place on your blog here is viewable by the general public and anyone with Internet access. Also, be aware that the general nature of a wiki is to keep a history of all page edits or page versions in an archive. These archived page histories are also viewable by the general public.
