New Trilogy User Needs Help!!! Anyone??

Another bump, but adding another thread (I put it in my original message too) with test results that Indi's Gmomma has gotten.

Now that I've figured out that the duel prescription option is in fact on, and I can't get ahold of my DME till tomorrow anyone know how to go from one prescription settings to the other on the trilogy100? I pressed the power button this morning and it reverted to the old settings. Is there a toggle on the power or something, I will attempt to find it online but hoped someone here knows off hand, or has experience using the dual perscription setting? It's my understanding the menu option goes from using the wand to the mask but not from one prescription to another.

In the menu (I think from the first set of options you encounter) that says "Switch to Primary/Secondary Settings" -- If you are currently set to Primary, it will ask if you want to switch to Secondary -- and vice versa.

It should NOT be switching from Primary to Secondary settings just from using the Power button.

I see that choice but mine did not change from doing that, I was in bed and only pressed the power off then selected off. But after I tried it again without changing to secondary it was my old settings, my secondary settings is set up so I can use the wand mouthpiece, and not another prescription, strange things are happening

What's the status with this? Have you gotten in touch with your DME???

We're playing phone tag, I spent yesterday with other dr/tests but I'm calling again after they open. Machine still acting very squirley
