3 nights with the cpap under my belt so far - switched out the wisp for the swift fx on night 2 and I think things have been better (well, no tears and I haven't ripped it off - so that's good!) I still wake up occasionally but overall, I'm falling asleep and sleeping. Like many, I don't feel any different but that's ok - I know it's a process and as long as I'm doing my part, I"m ok with it taking time.
But, I did download the Sleepyhead software and loaded my 3 nights of data - I'm off to read the various stickies and search through the board so I know exactly what I'm looking at - my question, though, is I'm just curious if there are any red flags I should be looking for? My AHI is under 1 (average of 0.77) so I know that's good - my leak rate seems to be 26.99.... The main things that I'm really going to be searching for is my VS2's and my RERA's seem high (or should I say there seems to be a lot of them) so I want to understand what all that is.
So, I was just wondering if there is anything specific I should be looking for - I find all of this really interesting but completely confusing!
Thanks!!

Re: Downloaded Sleepyhead, quick question
look at the events tab, and that will tell you what events the machine detected. That is the next concern.

Re: Downloaded Sleepyhead, quick question
Thanks Bill!
Is there a resource that would explain if anything stands out? While I had two OA events the night before, I had nothing last night But I'm curious to find out what the last two mean
Ugh - I don't know how to post it - so, last night said
Hypopnea - 5 events
Pressure pulse - 8 events
RERA's - 7 events
Vibratory Snore #2 - 70 events (?!)

Re: Downloaded Sleepyhead, quick question
You are not supposed to snore. You may need more pressure.

Also, when you have a few minutes I would suggest you view this:

This will put things in perspective for you. It helped me to understand what was going on with me.
I wish you good luck!
