The whole point in this post was to bring into an intelligent discussion the fact that we don't have the FREEDOM to decide what's best for ourselves without the mediation of bureaucratic institutions in America.
Americans (we) are being "domesticated" to be patronized in everything. "You want a cell phone?" "yes!" "Well... we have 3 plans for you that includes this amount of minutes and no msgs..." "Wait! I want this... bla bla bla" "Sorry! we can't adapt the plans to your needs!"
Europe and Asia sold UNLOCKED CELL PHONES while in America that was an insult! Can't you see that if you were able to buy the latest phone in the market you could be ahead the rest of the customers at at@t or t-mobil or sprint? We want you to buy a HARDWARE that keeps you LINKED to us for as long as the phone is popular! then I go
The same thing with CPAPs! You pay for a test and you get whatever machine we tell you to use! Then I go... but I don't have health insurance! and the small amount of money I could afford I don't want to spend it in going through a test that will show me what I already know: I HAVE F... APNEA!
"Sorry!... Is our way or the highway!" so get a health insurance and stop bothering us!
Tonight "THEY" will air our favorite movie in X channel... then to be able to watch a movie that only would last 1 hour... I have to spend 3 hours in front of the screen watching more commercials than film! why!??? because we are educated to accept what someone who believes he or she knows better than you as a person thinks it is the way to go.
Stop talking and writing insults against those who the only thing they want is to validate their rights as consumers and be able to buy whatever they want to!

Hopefully the people arguing against you will look again and note the words, "will be able".
This is not a program to force people to buy CPAP machines at WalMart. But please give us who want to do so the freedom to make our own choices in life. No prescription requirement, no requirement for DME license to distribute.
