I'm giving up on this mask. It's too bad because it is so comfortable. I can't reduce the leaks.

My husband got this mask and it works great for him. His leaks have never been so low. He says it is comfortable and he has only said that about the sleepweaver before now. I tried it on and had a little nap. It was a very nice FF mask. It didn't leave any mask marks on my face. For us it is a winner. I will not switch to this mask full time because I only use a FF if I have a cold.

I went by my DME and picked up a Quattro Air today. I was impressed with the fit and it's ability to work without leaks at my pressures. We shall see how it evolves over the next week. I believe each face is different. I would not pass by this mask because some users found it does not work for them. While our host has no cost return insurance on the mask you have nothing to loose by trying. For me I believe it runs slightly smaller than the equivalent Mirage Quattro sizes. I am between a small and medium on Mirage Quattro and medium on Quattro Air seemed to fit nicely.

Unfortunately, due to having to severely tighten the straps to prevent leaks, the advantage of the lightness of the mask is completely negated as this results in the mask pressing on my nasal area to the point of extreme discomfort. And yes, I did watch the video for fitting instructions.

Still I like this mask alot due to being able to easily get it on and off. I honestly don't miss the clips at all and in fact, prefer having straps that loop around the hooks as they do on this mask. It also seems easy to position on face.

As a result, I am going to exchange my current medium size for a large one to see if I have better luck with it. That is a no brainer decision since it is free to try and cpap.com is paying for the return shipping fee.
