Open ResScan and go to Help > About.
If the version displayed is not 4.3.0.7081, open the downloaded file that you
displayed in your last post, click next, and allow the install wizard to proceed.
When you are finished Help > About should show 4.3.0.7081.
But you told me that ResScan 4.3 will reduce my AHI to zero and it does NOT! WHY?

Pugsy, I'd really appreciate the ResScan software as well. I had an older version & used it; then we had upgraded computers; couldn't get it to work anymore. Once I've got it installed again, I need to check my SD card -- I don't think it's working. Something happened a while back, my machine wouldn't work, so somehow I figured out that if I briefly ejected and then reinserted my <original "issue"> ResScan SD card, then my machine would start working; so I finally replaced that SD card, with just a regular SD card; however, I'm not sure that anything was actually being recorded on the card. And it seems that Anthem has made some changes to coverage and I'll probably need to prove that I'm really using my machine on an ongoing basis...
And I'd just like to let everyone know just how much I appreciate all of the info that I've learned from my short time on the forum. I don't know what I would have done without you -- definitely wouldn't have gotten the S9 if I hadn't read up on how to make sure that I got an adequate machine to start with.
Thanks!

I too would like to download the new version of Rescan. I got my S9 Auto back in December and decided to wait until after DME got compliance data to get the software. Apparently since my insurance paid in full, DME didn't care about compliance data so they never contacted me for the sd card. Now, I'm ready to do my own checking.
Loving my S9! Apparently between it and my Swift FX, something is working better than my old Remstar Auto M-Series. I have only had a few AHI's that were above 2, and I don't remember any that were 3 or above. Actaully have had several that were in the 0.2 - 0.5 range.
Old enough to know better

I got my S9 a few days ago and was crawling the web but had no luck with finding ResScan elsewhere.
And the ResMed technician told me "I don't need it"

I'm looking for the latest version of the ResScan software and, if possible, clinical guide. I have a ResMed S9 cpap machine. I'm getting ready to see my sleep doc for Medicare compliance and since I last used my old version my HDD crashed and I ended up with a new laptop and no ResScan software. My previous version was pretty old anyway, like 4 years old. Hopefully someone can PM me the latest version. Thanks.

ResScan is a Windows based software program. It won't run on any other operating system unless you install some sort of virtual Windows on the other operating system.
