Thank you for developing and introducing the Wisp! We determined this was to high of a failure rate and redesigned the frame to correct the issue. The correction is on the inside of the frame so you cannot tell which frames are old and which are the new ones. I do hope you will give the Wisp another chance. We are very proud of this platform and want to do everything we can to ensure you are pleased with it.
