Years ago, nobody had apap. They all had straight cpap. It won't kill you to try it for one night. Then you will know if that helps you, or you will have ruled something out.
But hey, only several people have suggested it. Most of us have struggled with adjustments to cpap. We understand that is if difficult. We also know that in order to succeed, we need to be proactive and try things even when we aren't looking forward to it.
However, I lowered the range from 4-20 cm H20 to 6-10 cm H20 because people on here suggested that might help. It has not helped.
I may try straight CPAP mode next week. I don't think it's going to help, but I may try it for one night. Right now it's too soon.
