Re: I'm just so tired
I've read the whole thread. Please don't reply if you haven't read the whole thread and/or want to offer fixing advice.
I feel for you, and like most everybody here, I can definitely understand what you are going through. I have been awake in the middle of the night swearing at my mask many times. I have also taken it off in anger, desperate to get ANY kind of sleep, because I just wanted to be unconscious.
I'm not sure what you want us to do or say though. We have been there, suffered with that, and we are dying to help you. Yet if we offer advice, you are angry with us. There could be some very simple adjustments that would make this so much easier for us. Things that we struggled with until somebody told us the magic words that helps us solved whatever we were struggling.
We WANT to help you. We WANT you to be able to sleep and get some really good restorative sleep. What is it that you would like us to do if you don't want us to help you figure this out?

Who would have thought it would be this challenging to sleep and breathe at the same time?
