Not sure what you want to do. I can delete anything that you have typed but unsure which/what you want deleted.
It hurts nothing to leave the translation though. But I can delete it if you wish. You can edit that response to remove its contents and say something else if you wish.

There should be a delete button for the last post only in a thread available to the last poster. Like once I post this if I go back and no one has posted something after my post I can delete my own post. You should also have that option. Once there is a post after my reply here then I won't see the "Delete" button (found when you click "edit" sometimes) and my only choice if I want to alter what I said would be to edit my comments or spam remove some of my own comments (I have done this when I have showed my butt and regretted it )

If you are referring to the email predator thing...you can edit your response and totally remove your comments about it if that is what you wish to do because we all know who sent you the email since you said you received only one and that person said plainly that they did send you and email...We all saw it here. Still shaking my head over that one.

If I spam delete your comments then the other stuff within that single post also leaves. I will do it if you can't get to the edit feature to alter your post to suit you. Just send me a private message and point me to exactly what you wish to have removed.
At this point I am unclear as to which comment you had regrets about.

Nah, their intent wasn't to be a troll or a bully. The main theme was they felt I wouldn't get help with that photo. It wasn't endearing or real. That the lighting or something made me look predatory. That a change of photo might help the experience on here. Nothing pissy about it, just their opinion and my response was to be silly. Seriously, no harm, no foul. It just woke me up for a second. I also didn't want folks to lose me if I changed my picture. This place isn't like facebook, if you change your picture on here it's just gone. I have since seen that you can friend others so I see you can't loose me unless you just want to. LOL

Sorry, I didn't mean my comments. I meant the one person stating they sent me a note. I forgot they had left that when I made the comment about an email, effectively outing them. It wasn't my intent. If deleting that persons post will mark them as spam though, that's just adding insult to injury. Confused yet? LOL O_o Who's on first?

Okay then, if you are good with it then the rest of us should be good with it. I wouldn't have spam deleted the comment that obviously outed the person sending the private message. Now she can spam remove it if she wishes. I would have only removed what you would ask me to remove. I don't spam delete any other members comments unless it is obviously spam. We do have people register and post obvious spam. So just because they register doesn't give them a free ride to post obvious spam.
For posts made by membesr who just say something we might not like or agree with...we leave them alone.

At least you now know some of the tricks about editing, deleting and spam removal.

I have a glamour photo of myself that my husband carries around. Looks nothing like what he wakes up to in the mornings.
We just joke about it. "what I could be or look like" sort of thing.

I'll learn all the tips and tricks of this site soon enough. I just wanted to fix the situation if I could. Facebook makes that sort of thing easy, but this site obviously doesn't have that sort of financial backing to tweak things to that extent.

Anyhoo.... Yeah, speaking of Glamourshots. Have you seen the links to those photos where they went badly. ZOMG, Funny stuff!! Just Google: Funny Glamour Shot Photos. Yeah. Good stuff.

You need a photo with your glock and a middle finger for that type of person who PMs you.

And wearing a cpap mask.

Looks exactly like my high school year book.
I wonder how the years have treated them.
That would be sooo funny!

Abby, liked them both!
Yes... people can gripe all they want but you sure don't have to listen... or react. Your choice.
Hope last night was an improvement over the past. Wishing you all the best!

Cindy, my comments about last night are buried in the previous page I'm afraid. I did a lot better. FIVE whole hours of sleep even! My face didn't feel bruised either. I just made my first snapshot of SleepHead, but I'm unsure how to get the entire scroll down screen into a picture. I guess I'd have to take multiples. Maybe this is the right information needed: Image

Need to scroll at the lower part of the graph for the leak rate ... I'm guessing you're leaking pressure from the mask or your mouth.

I don't know if there is a better screen to be taking screenshots of. Here's the second half of that screenshot though! Thank you!

In sleepyHead go to the Preferences section...then graphs tab. Remove the check marks from the AHI graph and the mask pressure graph. This will turn off those 2 sections of graphs. You don't need those. You can also resize each graph section just a little so you can include leak graph in one screen shot. Hover your mouse over the bottom line of each graph section till you see a really short double line....click and drag mouse up just a little to reduce the height of the graph. Doesn't take much to make room for the main graphs which are the events graph, flow graph, pressure line graph and the leak line. If you are using a fixed pressure you don't even need it because it doesn't vary.
The other graphs below leak graphs aren't really needed all that critically. Most of it is stuff that the norms are so widely varied that you have to just learn what is normal for you anyway.

Your report from last night looks great from what I see. That little cluster of events in the wee hours of the morning....could have been anything but most likely a minor awakening or mini arousal causing awake false positive clear airway events to be flagged. The machine can and will flag awake breathing that is irregular because it doesn't know if you are awake or not. Our awake breathing easily confuses the machine.

I see you posted your leak line now.. Great leak line..minor spikes and none even went to 24 L/min. So your leaks last night were well controlled. Last night chalks up to be a great success. Whatever you did last night....do it again tonight.

Your machine is set wide open ... I would increase the lower pressure setting from 4 cm to about 6 or 7 cm. It must be difficult to breath at 4 cm.

Your OSA may not be all that bad. Have you got a copy of the sleep study results and titration data? If you can blank out your name on the docs and post, some here can get a better idea from where you are starting from.

I don't know if it matters or not, but this is the night before. I did the things you said to the graph. Thank you! PS- Notice how much more I slept last night vs this night, which is about the norm.
