Sleepyhead can't find data on SD card
I installed sleepyhead and tried to see the data on the sd card. After doing an import and not seeing any error messages (assuming I would get one if there was a problem) there is no data in any screen.
Any ideas or helpful hints? I've had the machine for more than a week, and I am very interested in seeing what I'm doing while I'm sleeping.

Please read the user guide again...link is in my signature line.
The most common error is that people go one step too far in the navigation process to set up the location for the download.
They tend to go to the SD card folder...and not the drive letter where the SD card is sitting.
If you see anything more than the drive letter in that choose box..you have gone too far.
The user guide has screen shots for clarification.
If you are still having problems after creating a new locale and getting a fresh drive letter only download source, then post back with your exact steps and what version of SH and what your computer specs are.
99.9% of the time...people have gone to the folder on the SD card...

I went to the data folder on the SD card and it pulled data in. I used macs, if that makes a difference.

Read the instructions before use, followed them to the letter. Used the included uninstall, reinstalled, reread instructions and tried again, no joy, uninstalled and deleted data folder, reinstalled, read instructions again, tried again, no joy.Pugsy wrote:Please read the user guide again...link is in my signature line.

So how do I pull the data files from the card to another location and point the program to that info? I tried that quickly last time around, but not exactly sure if I did that right.

Copy the entire contents of the SD card to a folder.Dan Jacobs wrote:Read the instructions before use, followed them to the letter. When you click the import icon, select "New Location". You should get a file dialog you can use to open the folder containing the contents of the SD card.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find data on SD card
OK, I followed the directions for moving the data off the card, put the data on a thumb drive, told sleepyhead where to look, and I got this:

And no data on any of the data screens.

Do you have AHI data on your machine's LCD? If not, then turning on the patient access to the AHI data may resolve the issue.

The AHI data is on the LCD screen.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find data on SD card
If SleepyHead is having trouble reading flash memory through a USB port it is no better off going to a thumb drive than to your CPAP's SD card.Dan Jacobs wrote:OK, I followed the directions for moving the data off the card, put the data on a thumb drive, told sleepyhead where to look, and I got this:

I recommend copying the contents of the CPAP card to a folder on the same disk as your home directory. If SleepyHead could not read from that disk, it would not be able to off the profile choice dialog on start-up.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find data on SD card
I kinda had the same thought (amazing what one programming class can awaken in an open mind!) so I've tried it simply placed on the C: drive, on the desktop, about a half dozen different places and a couple different ways each loaction, and still no data.
I can live with no solution, I know that free software is rarely ever perfect and will do everything. Would debug info help anyone? I am not a programmer by any stretch of the imagination, and really only want to help, if I can, make sleepyhead a better application by providing what I can to help.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find data on SD card
You have a PR System One 560 model machine....SleepyHead won't work. That is why no data. The 60 series machines are new and Mark hasn't fixed SH so that it is compatible with that new series of machines.
If you had the model 550... it would work... I saw the 560 noted on the SleepyHead page you posted and that explains the difficulties.
I am going to send you a private message with some information about a software product that will work.
It is Windows based software though. You will have to create a Windows environment on your Mac to get it to work or use an old Windows computer.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find data on SD card
I'm having the same issue and can't get any data to import. Depending on where I tell Sleepyhead to look for data I either get an error that no data was imported or no error, but still no data being imported. Have tried copying the data to my computer (a Mac) with the same result.
I'm using a Philips System One BiPAP autoSV Advanced (950P). Any help much appreciated.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find data on SD card
SleepyHead does not yet work with the System One ASV machines (950 and 960) machines. Part of the problem is that JediMark has had limited data from the ASV machines to play with. You might want to PM JediMark if you are willing to share your data.Jonathan9891 wrote: I'm using a Philips System One BiPAP autoSV Advanced (950P). Any help much appreciated.
For reading the data on your machine you will need to install Encore. PM pugsy to get a working link to Encore. Be sure to tell her that you are using a 950 System One ASV machine and she'll make sure she sends you the link to the right version of Encore.

Re: Sleepyhead can't find data on SD card
Mac people there is a sleepyhead patch out there that you need to use to read the data on a Mac. Really simple.
