As long as you don't have a lot of "not pretty over there" all grouped together, it isn't the end of the world.

Yesterday I looked at my report from the night before and I had (for me) many more CAs (23 total over 7 hours) than usual so I went to look at them individually. I had a couple that were 53 seconds and while I didn't count the seconds to be exact it was pretty obvious that they were much longer than usual and there was a very flat flow line. So pretty ugly but they were all spread out over the night and none were really close to each other and I felt quite decent yesterday.
OAs and Hyponeas were less than 1 an hour...All CAs pretty much for that night. Overall AHI was 4.4 which for me is high.

OHHH, OK. No, mine weren't grouped together, and overall AHI 1.01--just seeing the durations was a little freaky.
