Dry Mouth and throat

Post by billowes » Mon Nov 21, 2011 10:42 pm

I have been using a machine for about a month with near disastrous results.

I never sleep for more than two hours before waking with a mouth and throat so dry that it almost crackles. This simply cannot be good for me.

I have a top of the line machine with humidity and it is set for the highest temperature and humidity.

I also suffer from a segregated septum making it impossible for me to breath through my nose

I have a full mouth and nose mask

I have detected no benefits at all - on the contrary, I think this thing is ruining my lungs

Welcome to the forum. Please add your equipment to your profile so we can offer more specific and helpful ideas.

Dry mouth..very common.. you are breathing through your mouth. Even with a full face mask dry mouth happens often.
