My CPAP is a Resmed Elite unit S9 with DC24V. Do I need a converter or special adapter? I will be visiting Xian, Shanghai, Bejing and Quangdong. Thanks for any tips.

Never work. They would send them back since they can never agree with anyone else and would insist on being in charge.
