I'm also new to this community - this is my first post. Yesterday, I bought the new Series 60 and installed Encore Pro 2 (Version 2.4.12.2) and I receive the same message trying to read my first nights data.
"Media read successfully - The therapy data on the media is not valid and was not saved. Contact Product Support for assistance"
I do notice the Philips website for the EncoreViewer has a mention regarding the Series 60
"*Does not include Philips Respironics System One 60 Series devices." so like others have said, it's likely not supported in the software yet.
Hopefully there is some more info soon.
