Hi Gator,
Military medical is the slowest functioning program in the world, once a soldier leaves the service. With vets AHI under 5.0 is considered excellent. Your journey sounds very simialar to mine, for awhile thought I had narcolepsy, but symptoms continued to improve, only now my body feels heavy all the time, as if I'm carrying a person on my back all day long. I'm physically tired

If your cpap treatments are going well, your sleeping well, as others have suggested have a doctor, do a complete lab work up, investigate other area's. Thyroid, diabetes, adrenal fatigue and stress, are known to cause or contibute to exhaustion.

Hmm, doc should have retested you for narcolepsy, prior to prescribing. Let your doc know, your not feeling any better.
Good luck.

Please go and look at the above link. Tell me if your machine looks like this one? As opposed to the one showing in your profile.
You have had it 2 months? I am betting this one.
If so, you have full data available and can use the software available. Encore Pro or Encore Viewer or a couple of newly designed by forum member software ..SleepyHead and Onkor online analyzer.

For examples see this thread.

If you want more information about Encore Pro send me a private message.
