As for "mask-fit", I like the way LinkC once put it. Your mask should feel like it's "floating" on you face. Tight enough for the inner mask seal to seal, but loose enough so that the mask doesn't "cram" into your face (which can cause leaks). I know when I have my mask tightness right when it wants to "move out" when I exhale. I can stand a little... but if it's too much, I tighten just a little more.

I know this sounds counter-intuitive, but I have discovered over the years that it is a loose mask that causes my nose bridge pain. Tightening the straps actually corrects the problem. Try it...you'll like it!!!
