As for "mask-fit", I like the way LinkC once put it. Your mask should feel like it's "floating" on you face. Tight enough for the inner mask seal to seal, but loose enough so that the mask doesn't "cram" into your face (which can cause leaks). I know when I have my mask tightness right when it wants to "move out" when I exhale. I can stand a little... but if it's too much, I tighten just a little more.

Re: Bridge of nose bruised
I know this sounds counter-intuitive, but I have discovered over the years that it is a loose mask that causes my nose bridge pain. Tightening the straps actually corrects the problem. Try it...you'll like it!!!

I was googling for bruised finger and spo2 sensor (missed the nail, hit my nail...sigh) and came upon your old post... And burst out laughing.chunkyfrog wrote:One day I forgot to remove the spot until half way through my work day.
Thanks!
