Bay: also keep in mind: I don't know how long you have had sleep apnea, but it may take a long time of good sleep to repair the damage that has been done because of the apnea. Though, most of us suspect how long we've had it, you never really know because it normally creeps up on you and you don't realize it until it gets noticably bad. Either way, you are repairing the damage done slowly by getting good sleep, and it may take a while.
