Resscan 3.13 question

Post by JeffH » Fri Apr 01, 2011 2:55 pm

When trying to set up Resscan 3.13 I get an error message about file resscan.msi. I've searched my computer and it isn't there. I'm running XP. Is this going to be a problem for this program?

I was running ResScan 3.07 and had no problems with it.

Thanks

JeffH

I had same problem when I tried to install from the download on my C: drive. Moved the download to a USB drive and installed from there without a problem.

Tried to install it by repairing it and I still get that message.

Might try the USB drive route.

Thanks

Deleting the old version and installing the new one fixed it.
