I just installed ResScan 3.13 after seeing it in Uncle_Bob's sig. It seemed to install OK but now when I invoke it I get a pop up window telling me it can't get a network file ResScan.msi. It does come up after two such messages, then I saw the message again when I was writing a report I think. I searched my local disk for that file but don't have it.
Any advice on how I messed up the install, or are other folks seeing this message too?
I got it to write a report of my last two days detailed data. March 30 chart I saw a big cluster of events. I can see how this will be useful if I get myself to understand better what I am looking at.
ResScan 3.13 error msg missing ResScan.msi
Re: ResScan 3.13 error msg missing ResScan.msi
MSI files are used during the installation only. A message about it while trying to run the app implies that something went wrong during the installation.
Try re-installing it (using an admin account). You should not lose your data by doing so, but I'd backup the patient folder first - just to be safe.
P.S. If you're using a non-Resmed card reader, you do not need to install any of the 3 drivers that the install offers. If you installed them, they can be removed through Control Panel -> Add/Remove apps. Look for the Resmed driver entry.
Good luck!

Thanks for the good advice BernieRay. I ran install again, but chose "repair" and now when I invoke, no more missing file reported. So maybe it's OK. Now I'll have to get back to learning how to use it!
DreamDiver, I sent a PM back to you. I think I'm going to try running your tutorial now.
