I tried installing it again and the InstallShield Wizzard said that my operating system was not supported. It listed all the supported systems lower than Win 7. I clicked OK and the window closed. I noticed on my desktop that there was a shortcut to ResMed so I clicked it and the program opened.
It must have installed the program anyway.
Now I'm thinking that I need a SD to USB converter to load the disk into my computer. I can buy one on Amazon.com
Am I on the right track? I don't want to screw up my new machine.

If you have an SD card reader built into your computer; it should read the card.. the newer pc/laptops come with them.

Nothing you do on your computer can screw up your new S9, unless you mess around with Settings. Even that will only only change the settings, which should be what you intend if you're changing settings.
