So far, that's the only change that I've seen.
Delete the <PNA_EXCLUDE>..............</PNA_EXCLUDE> block that has the S9 in it. It's in there two or three times. You can leave the other PNA blocks in the file. Also, the only FG_Disable blocks you need to take out are the ones that include your machine. Tidal volume shows up with the correct scale.
I see in the equipment list machines called Stellar 100 and Stellar 150. Wonder what they are. New machines of some sort I guess. They're not in the 3.11 XML file, but the 150 is in the 3.12 xml file.
I tried that as well, both with the FG_IGNORE left in and removed. It still didn't work. Still...since it worked for you and having the scale correct for tidal volume would be nice, I'll give it another go when I have time. Thanks for letting me know it worked for you!
No, wait a minute. I think I simply deleted the <EXCLUDEPNA PNA="S9_AUTOSET_CS"/> lines, not the entire <PNA_EXCLUDE>..............</PNA_EXCLUDE> block.

I looked, but didn't see: Is there a reference to this tweak in the wiki?

To edit the XML files there are a couple of programs I've used, both free. The one I use all the time is first Object XML Editor,
http://www.firstobject.com/dn_editor.htm. Microsoft also has an add-on for NotePad. first Object shows the file in tree form in the left panel and expanded in the right panel. Makes it fairly easy to look at and edit the file.
You can use NotePad to edit the file but it's nowhere near as clean as with a purpose specific XML editor.

Thank you so much, Uncle_Bob and idamntboy!

ok after an hour of trying to make 3.13 work I have gone back to 3.12. I will wait...3.13 seems a bit buggy to me.

What kind of problem did you have? Was it during the install, or using it after install? If during install maybe you got a corrupted download. My install over 3.11 went without a hitch.

Thanks for the help, idamntboy. This morning I was able to get the tweak to work. For some reason, though, tidal volume is still showing a scale in mL. Since the normal tidal volume for most healthy young people is around 500 ml and mine averages 0.5 on the graph (though I'm neither healthy nor young), I'm thinking something is askew in the <UNITS>...</UNITS> block. I'm fairly certain that I'd have to be dead to have a tidal volume of only 0.5 ml!
EDIT: Correct steps can be found at

Is it just me, or is the link broken? I can't get a response.

Not just you. I just now tried it after seeing what you said. It is broken for me also. It worked the other night because I did download the program to have "just in case" I ever get a ResMed machine. It it sitting ready to be installed.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

They may have blocked direct access. Has anyone tried the registration link? I did before I used the direct link on Sunday and it was still pointing to 3.12. Maybe they've fix that.

The 3.12 link still works. Maybe they found it to be too buggy? Who knows. I guess we can try again later.

Just change 3.12 in the link to 3.13. That looks like it will work now.

The direct link is not working but I've known it to not work before for a while.
The registration link is still working.

I will ask "The Stupid Question"
If you can get Respiration Rate & Tidal Volume out of the ResMed S9 AutoSet, why does one have to even do the tweak to be able to get it?
What possible reason can ResMed have for "excluding" such information?
