Well, I'm still not at the point I was after the study, but I do feel a bit better than before.
Damn, I had a nice reply for you and got a time out error. So here goes again.
Here are my thoughts. Your AHI showing on the M Series report is great. The AHI on the ResMed is essentially 0. Your leak rate is all over the place on both reports. Your leak with the ResMed machine is not all that different than the M Series if you do the math and factor in the intentional vent rate that ResMed does for you. Your M Series shows high VS which could be hose movement noise.
In theory with the low AHI you should feel better. Since you report that you don't feel all that great then we have to think something else is causing your sleep to be less restorative. First suspect would be the leak. Is the leak causing the tossing and turning or is the tossing and turning causing the leak? Well, we really have no way to tell for sure. Gotta work on it to have any idea.
Your leak rate on the graph needs to be as close to a straight line as possible, hopefully closer to zero but even a straight 5 or 10 would be a huge improvement from what you have now. All those spikes aren't good.
Finally remember that we often have other issues that affect the quality of our sleep. Pain, caffeine, meals, bed, hours of sleep, etc. So you have some further detective work to do.
