sleeping pills

My sleep Dr. said no sleep meds or alcohol UNTIL I got my machine. An obstruction is an obstruction and the sleep aid makes you harder to arrouse to clear an obstruction by yourself.

The machine is designed to prevent the airway from collapsing in the first place.
