OK, keeping in mind that this is spontaneous breathing, and the nasal pressure cannula isn't as efficient as the relatively closed system of an xPAP...

I know what you mean there, kt. I looked at the PSG mentioned below:

Is this http://users.adam.com.au/sixsome/PSG/di ... _hypno.JPG what you are after?
and since it said 11.02.2010 and I was looking for 02.11.2010 blew right by it.

Between the time zones, football, EDFs, squiggly lines, talking baked goods and God Knows What Else, right about now a Weedwhacker would come in pretty handy.

Hi Muffy, Thanks for that. This breathing series is probably during stage 2 NREM, right?

Is it correct to say that my breathing instability occurs independently to my AWIs? Also, do you suggest the possibility of UARS because you see some of my hypopnoeas occurring independently to arousals i.e. centrals? FWIW, I have read that hypertension is common in UARS sufferers yet I seem to inclined to hypotension.

However...

You bring up a VERY good point, blizzardboy. If muffin years are anything like dog years then Muffy is old enough to make a psychological assessment like that.

Damned the daily helicopters and padded wagons... Let them ALL land on my front lawn for all I care! I now have Muffy's stability assessment printed out and neatly folded in my back pocket!

WOOHOO! ...And I'll point out that Muffy is not just miniature cake either, but a CLINICIAN. ...So let's forget all about the muffin gender identity issues. My psych eval stands, thank you.

Crazy people except for me, thanks to one resident clinician's psyche eval.

So what's the status with blizzardboy? Secondary fibromyalgia with a "play through" treatment strategy?

-SWS, I'm very sorry, but no one "stable" keeps in their back pocket a psychological assessment by a grown man who identifies himself as a young girl named Muffy and an aged muffin, also named Muffy.

When they come to take you away in the "padded wagon", tell them to call the tall, blue woman with the big eyes. (That should seal the deal.)

My psychiatric condition(s) has/have been "stable" for quite some time, but you still may not want to make any sudden moves around me, just so you know.

I know several certifiably, boringly sane people in real life. Interestingly, none of them frequent the message boards.

Mere anecdotal evidence? I think not. Let's have a poll!!

Muffy's psyche eval stands, SU... We've moved on to using golf metaphors to treat blizzardboy, thank you.

We now have proof that some sane people frequent the Internet. See my psyche eval above. Plus, on second read, I now see that SU is even willing to vouch for me:

P.S. Damned good thing an American politician invented the Internet... so that we can treat our medical problems using advice from strangers! Did I ever mention the best psyche eval I ever got was on the Internet? Internet=very good.

I've heard you can get a really good education on the internet too, but I can't find the URL to print off my degree.
