Great pix Ken. It's still too early to tell if he has your nose so I wouldn't be getting all flustered quite yet. Just remember that behind every little bundle of joy is a big bundle of poop and conduct yourself accordingly. I used to sing to my daughter when she was a baby - hence her disdain for music while growing up. Did NOT do that for our son and he is a musician amongst many other talents. Fortunately neither have my nose. Seems Mom's genes are predominant. Jeez, they even have hair. And neither of them snore. Enjoy this time to the max. As soon as they get on their feet you are screwed. I strongly suggest bulking up as soon as possible.

Surely there's a forum wide collective Awwwwwwwww! Thank you for giving contrast to my day with a glimpse of precious new life and health. One never knows how small things impact others. I've been in the midst of the opposite picture with loved ones, and didn't realize I had not allowed myself to cry. I'm crying now. Good tears. Life is back in focus, and the pictures of your precious little one have reminded me of the beauty of the cycle of life as only babies can. Congratulations!

Kathy

P.S. Please, no replies to my tears. I'm ok. This is sweet Jonah's thread.

And who says you sleep when they start dating and she brings home a guy with a bandana, they're far away at college and don't call on Sunday like they promised, he wants to buy a motorcycle, they marry and you witness their arguments, you most definitely worry about how they're raising your grandchildren, the extravagant purchases they make...I can go on and on!! But I wouldn't miss any of it for all the joy and pride my children have brought into my life.

LOL, Dori. I do see why you copied wearyone's Corrie Ten Bum tag line -- I did too, months ago - it had me googling the . This is for you, and you wife and new son, Kenny:
"Worrying doesn't empty tomorrow of its sorrows; it empties today of its strength."

Wise as is, and even more awe inspiring when I realized this is a statement by a woman who during the Nazi occupation of Holland in WWII kept a safe house for Jews.
