Congratulations on your O AI! How many did you have in your titration?

The OSA patient died quietly in his sleep.
Unlike his passengers who died screaming as the car went over the cliff...

Note to newbies: If I can do it, you can too.
Gary, you're out there in front setting the example.

I think it's only going to get better for you.
Keep us posted.

Katie, As I recall, my AI was 13. I have "mild" apnea, but "mild" enough to get into the car accident that "drove" me to CPAP.

It may be a coincidence or it may be the numbers influencing me, but its amazing how alert I was today - not tired at all driving. I worked late, went to an exercise class this evening, came home and worked a bit more, and its now after 10pm here and I still feel awake. I wish I'd get tired soon so I can go to bed on time.

It's scary how good I felt today. I was tempted to call my sleep doc to tell him how wrong he was about telling me I was wasting my time getting my numbers down. But I want to get a few more good nights of data first.

Sometimes, just going thru normal nightly routines will help induce sleep; other times, nadda. Good luck in getting to sleep...must be all that euphoria
