Re: APAP to CPAP trial over
Congratulations on your O AI! How many did you have in your titration?

THAT's what I'm talkin' 'bout! You da MAN!
The OSA patient died quietly in his sleep.

Note to newbies: If I can do it, you can too.
I think it's only going to get better for you.
Keep us posted.
We can do anything we wish
We just have to keep trying
Persistence and consistency
Keep trying
Keep going
It can be done
You are an inspiration to me.

Re: APAP to CPAP trial over
Katie, As I recall, my AI was 13. I have "mild" apnea, but "mild" enough to get into the car accident that "drove" me to CPAP.KatieW wrote:Congratulations on your O AI! How many did you have in your titration?

Re: APAP to CPAP trial over
It may be a coincidence or it may be the numbers influencing me, but its amazing how alert I was today - not tired at all driving. I worked late, went to an exercise class this evening, came home and worked a bit more, and its now after 10pm here and I still feel awake. I wish I'd get tired soon so I can go to bed on time.

Re: APAP to CPAP trial over
It's scary how good I felt today. I was tempted to call my sleep doc to tell him how wrong he was about telling me I was wasting my time getting my numbers down. But I want to get a few more good nights of data first.Muse-Inc wrote:Congrats Gary! So satisfying isn't it .

Sometimes, just going thru normal nightly routines will help induce sleep; other times, nadda. Good luck in getting to sleep...must be all that euphoriaGaryG wrote:...wish I'd get tired soon so I can go to bed on time.
