60, will be 61 in Dec. Act and feel same as I did in my late thirties/early forties. Don't intend to ever "grow up".

41 this past July. I can still outlast most of the kids and assorted young adults I teach in my karate class!

40 for me.

Interesting. It seems that almost everyone is 40 or over here. (I think I only saw 2-3 postings by people younger than that).

I wonder if age has anything to do with apnea, or does it just get diagnosed when we are older?
