Aromatherapy may help CPAP compliance. Lavender, Mandarin, Chamomile, and Sweet Marjoram aid in relaxation and sleep. Nature's Gift has these and a blend of all four called SleepEase.

Den,

Most people come to a Forum like this for help. Having found that help, and gotten their lives back together, most get on with their lives and disappear from the Forum scene until the next time they have a problem.

A few -- the crazy, the compassionate, the capable -- stay to teach. To pay forward.

You have one heckuva fortune paid forward in the gratitude of those, who, like myself, who have benefitted from your posts.

WOW! A tribute thread to Den was enough to make SAG cross the 1000-post threshold!

If Den has the power to end SAG's summer recess and pull SAG out of midlife crisis, he can do ANYTHING!

Seriously, SAG, a truly touching and classy move as a tribute.

He (or the character) will either sit in this post till it explodes, find another one (he will turn into a virtual "hermit crab", finding somebody else's house and taking up residence), morph into Muffy or take the summer off (he really needs a vacation). Regardless, the 1000 post threshold is generating a kind of mid-life crisis for SAG."--viewtopic.php?f=1&t=41034&p=361225#p361225

"WOW" is right! I agree with everything you said there, Jeff.
Very classy tribute on SAG's part.

And "wow" that you found those words of SAG's to quote.

I guess that does make it pretty obvious how much I, like so many, hang on his every word, doesn't it?

And he arose from a sleep to do it -by StillAnotherGuest on Sat Oct 24, 2009 4:58 am

How many times can we say WOW.

This has brought sooo many longtimers out of sleep.

I also echo what Kira said about hanging around to help.

It is the people in this forum that make it
THE VERY BEST on the Internet.

Great Job.

Congratulations, Den. What a milestone!

(I have wondered why you posted so many short comments...now the truth is revealed!)

Seriously, though, you continually return and help out others when many have abandoned the cause. Thanks for continuing and being such a reliable source. I greatly admire you ability to state something so directly and yet in a convincing manner.

Thanks everybody for your kind words. They're truly appreciated. And a BIG THANK-YOU to Johnny and the rest of the staff at CPAP.COM who have provided this forum and keep it running.
And, it's true (per RG's comment), that there are probably several hundred more non-logged-in posts that I've made over the years (for various reasons).
I've spent most of my working years in some sort of customer-related/contact categories.....sales, service and support.....but this one became infectious and for a purpose about which I became fairly passionate. Like everyone else who discovers they have this condition, I knew nothing about it when I started out. What I've learned and shared is from my own experiences and from what I've read from previous posts (MY mentors) and other sources. I just hope I HAVE actually "helped" some other users along the way.

Best wishes to all.

fyi - That is a compliment Den, he's breaking all the records and is loved by all.

ps. this should bring SAG back to the plate to take one more swing
