Ok, reset the machine yesterday before night # 4.
Sure enough, took most of day to show.

My 90% was still 16.5cm.

Usage last night was 6.5 hours or so (woke up once or twice i middle of night, never took full life off.

Leak was still high in the 55ish range.

AHI was 1.1

I guess I should consider 1.1 REALLLLLLY good for my 4thnight ever and something tostrive for every night?

I've been using the Full Life for 3 or 4 wks now. My leak rate has always ranged in the 50's also. My pressure is 11.5cm/h20. My AHI is averaging anywhere from .5 to 2.0. I feel good so I haven't worried about it too much.

mboy, it is REALLY good! And with your pressure I t think leaks in the 50s are not bad. What does your manual say?

Which manual?

The mask manual for leaks?

On a another positive note, slept almost the complete night last night. Woke up briefly for a few mn here or there, but pretty much straight thru.

Do not recall any leaks either, so see what the machine shows when I get home.

The mask manual. Mine has a graph which shows the intentional leak rate at different pressures.

The mask should have come with a little booklet or whatever that showed a graph with pressures and vent rates.
This would be the "normal" vent/flow rates for the mask at so and so pressure.
Lower pressures will show a lower flow rate and higher pressures will show a higher flow rate because this is normal.
So you take your leak rate as shown by the average on the machine and compare it with the pressure/flow rate intersection on the graph shown in the paperwork.

Example: At 10 cm my flow rate for the Swift LT is around 33 (don't remember exactly). When I see a leak of 36 on my software it means that I have 3 L/min of excess leak. If I were using a pressure of 15 then I could expect that the baseline flow rate to be higher thus the average showing on my machine to be higher.
Full face masks typically have a higher baseline flow rate anyway, then you factor in your higher pressure and you would expect to see a higher number. I cannot find a report that shows the leak/flow rate graph for your mask so I can't say if what you are seeing as leak is acceptable or not but off hand it probably is not that bad.

Does anyone have the graph showing flow rates for the FullFace mask by Respironics?

i THINK IT WAS IN THE 20'S-30'S BUT WILL CHECK TONIGHT.

i KNOW THE LEAK RATE ON MACHINE WAS DEF HIGHER THEN THE MANUAL SAID.
