Although the above URL is on the Vitamin Shoppe website, I know the gentleman whose company does the research for the listings. Taurine is definitely a plus for humans. I take it regularly.

Yeah, from what I've read so far, it's important to many areas of health... from our eyes and heart, to our digestion and metabolism. I'm definitely going to look into getting some when the budget allows it.

Taurine is ULTRA-cheap! I use Swanson Vitamins, who are the cheapest by far!

Taurine is reasonably priced anywhere, but I prefer to shop swanson's because I buy other vitamins and such too.

Taurine is one of the cheapest about -- under $17 for 300 500-mg capsules from the Vitamin Shoppe. NOw, CoQ10, which is another super item... that's kinda expensive.
