It is a ResMed mask. So as long as the mask setting is properly set you have a pretty good leak rate. However, lower is always better.

Another question. What is the "SETTLING" setting on AutoSet? Mine is set to "OFF" by DME.

Settling is a time period (in AutoSet mode only) during which the pressure stays at the set minimum, and statistics are not collected. It is designed to make it more comfortable (for some) to fall asleep, and to stop awake time from skewing the statistics.
