I have the same problem now, Rushman, now that I'm able to actually sleep all night with the Quattro (that, in itself, took seven weeks). I'm going to follow LinkC's advice and try a band-aid tonight........and I'm using the Pad-A-Cheek cover as well.......

After my first night my skin under my eyes was bright red and sore. I cut up a pair of 100% cotton panties into a little V shape that just covers my cheeks and nose. End of problem. I love my full mask!!

Moleskin: BRILLIANT yet simple. I now have a small bowl of pre-cut moleskin rectangles that I pop right on before strapping in. Thanks for the feedback everyone! I really love this forum!

I had that problem and pad a cheek solved it for me. She can make exactly what you need if you tell her the problem and the mask you are using. Her turn around time is extremely fast and her prices are very reasonable. Her product enabled me to adjust to my mask without the redness and blisters.

I agree that Karen's Padacheek products are very useful - I have a number of them and wouldn't want to be without them! For me, however, that didn't solve my Quattro problem - I need the Padacheek plus moleskin!

This is a fit issue. More then likely you were given a mask that is too big. I suggest trying a smaller mask.

I think that in the last 3 years they have found a solution. Talk about coming in late. Do I make a comment about quality services from a sleep tech?

I've said this before... but the thought of my undies on my face gives me the willies!!!!

On the serious side, Resmed has full face masks (not all) with shallow or wide noses (honkers). Go to Resmed.com and find them. They mailed me some plastic templates, but I had a DME at the time that said they ordered it, but never did. In the mean time, I found my current mask and I am in happy-land!
