I feel sorry for all of us. just reading this topic again. It really sucks what we are going through.
Re: Away from home and can't use CPAP tonight and tomorrow
Last night was wonderful! My head hit the pillow at home (mask firmly in place) and the next thing I knew was hubby waking me up this morning to get ready for work, feeling like a million bucks, even with crappy cold....sleep is a WONDERFUL thing.

It may only be 7, but it works for me.....JeffH wrote:With a pressure of only 7, no wonder.

Re: Away from home and can't use CPAP tonight and tomorrow
It was explained to me that the pressure is set at the level where the hypopnea/apnea episodes did not occur....If 7 did it, great. Don't have to use ramp at all, and getting fantastic sleep. I can't remember the last time I slept through an entire night, and now I'm doing that EVERY night....AuntieNae wrote:I have been told the pressure has little to do with your level of sleep apnea
