Last night was wonderful! My head hit the pillow at home (mask firmly in place) and the next thing I knew was hubby waking me up this morning to get ready for work, feeling like a million bucks, even with crappy cold....sleep is a WONDERFUL thing.

I have been told the pressure has little to do with your level of sleep apnea
S8 AutoSet II with H4i Humid, reader + software
M Series Auto w Aflex with HH, reader + software
IntelliPAP AutoAdjust with HH, reader + software
Mirage Liberty Full Face with Nasal Pillows and Head Gear

It was explained to me that the pressure is set at the level where the hypopnea/apnea episodes did not occur....If 7 did it, great. Don't have to use ramp at all, and getting fantastic sleep. I can't remember the last time I slept through an entire night, and now I'm doing that EVERY night....
