Ive been fighting with cpap for 6 years, still cant sleep and my head is red and sore and itchy from the headgear too. I sew cotton covers on everything it doesnt help. Ive switched to the pilairo nasal mask with one tiny thin strap around the back. It would help but i have to have a chin strap. My scalp is miserable sleep doc has no solutions. Help!

Like I said a couple of years ago:
SEE A DERMATOLOGIST.
What is so difficult about going to a skin doctor?
If you are worried about the embarrassment of being diagnosed with cooties;
you would be surprised how many people have had head lice.
