REMstar M Auto w/c-flex Data

Post by SleepyNoMore » Wed Apr 23, 2008 9:37 pm

Well my gosh ERrrrrrr, I have always read horror stories here on the forum about the Remstar M Auto Series Data not downloading onto the smart card, well as you can see I bought the M series and for 3 nights now nothing has recorded on the smartcard, it dosen't show the model of the machine, the hh settings, nada and NO , to my knowledge, I did not erase the card because it downloads all the info up until 3 nights ago

BTW, this never happened ( not even once ) with my Classic Tank REMstar Auto w/ C-Flex, NEVER!!!

OK, CPAP MASTERMINDS, please help or direct me with a link to the threads so I can try to see whats going on however, if anyone knows what it could be, please post the hopefully simple solution here

Thank You, Thank You and another Thank You in advance

What's going on is you have the latest greatest "M"izeries, you need your "TANK" back. Jim

LOL Goofproof , I still have that tank and will NEVER get rid of it however, I love the a-flex on the "M" Series alot better than the c-flex, it makes it a little easier to exhale

Lets see, the card goes in 4 different ways, but only works on one orientation.
Wonder if it makes a difference, but I always unplug the box before removing the card and plug it back in after reading the card.

I always try to plug the card back in and make setting changes before Noon when it resets the day.

Mine started blinking the blue lights one day, I removed the card, plugged it back in and plugged power back in but that day was lost, like a bad section in the card.

I have no idea why, but I lost 2 days in the past 30 days. On one it got a nap ok, but did not record the nights sleep.

I sure hope you get an answer that you can share with the others here.

Since losing those days, I try to not unplug the card for several minutes after I turn the machine off in case it is making a delayed write and would lose the day if I removed it just as soon as I turned the machine off and unplugged it.
