Just don't do it like the gal that was on the forum last year ... she laid on her back with her head hanging off the edge of her sofa for an hour and did it like a Chinese water torture ... one drip at a time

it's nothing like that...the NeilMed bottle is very easy to use and gentle...if you were to squirt clear water up there, that would burn like a sonofa...kinda like pool water...but the saline solution keeps it from stinging, and it's not unpleasant at all
