it's nothing like that...the NeilMed bottle is very easy to use and gentle...if you were to squirt clear water up there, that would burn like a sonofa...kinda like pool water...but the saline solution keeps it from stinging, and it's not unpleasant at allHelpMeBreath wrote:UGH is this something I have to look forward to?
