My AHI is almost always less than 1; and, my AI is less than 0.1.

Like DStalker, I get the occasional zero/zero nights, and that's my perennial goal.

Needless to say, I just love my AFLEX (with a narrow 2cm range).

One thing that might be of interest. Using the nightly data as positive and negative feedback, I've found out that I get a lower AHI sleeping on my left side, as opposed to my right side.

Why? I'm not sure. It could be an oddity w airway architecture, or, maybe I just relax more deeply on my right.

No worries, I just sleep left side, and I'm a happy guy.

I average right around 5.5, but for some reason, it has gone down to between 3.3 and 5.0 the last three nights, with increased sleep and more energy, so I am hoping it will stay better.
