I have a REMstar Auto (new), but do not have the reader and software yet. What does the smart card record other than compliance information?
Dumb question, but I can't find any reference in the owner's manual to the use of the small inlet next to the power inlet on the back of the machine. What is its use?
Thanks

Hi. If you take a look at the post I started earlier today, click on:
viewtopic.php?t=2719
you will see some of the data it records.
Otherwise click on:
viewArticle/Encore-Pro-Respironics-CPAP ... Derek.html
to read every detail about the Encore software from a person on this forum who knows absolutely everything about it!

This is used for a DC power supply input to alternatively run the RemStar off a car cigarette lighter (or other dc source) instead of house power. Gives you portability
