LOL that made me laugh - never thought of it that way.

So tell us Goofproof, what would YOU do and how would you address patients in low reimbursement cities? What kind of product would you manufacture when reimbursement is $400?

These units are only worth about $50 anyway.

And, if they would quit making these stupid manufacturing (read management) screw-ups, they'd be able to offer affordable data-capable machines at reasonable prices.

I'd tell them to move to a higher rembursement city.

Really I'd make sure the people would get equiptment to match the reimburshment rate. I wouldn't allow a set price paid, to be paid for a substandard CPAP. I would set standards for what was sold to us, the taxpayers. Jim
