Oh Sharon, I'm so sorry the mask is missing. At least it was missing yesterday. I hope it showed up today!

I got the notification that there had been messages on this, then forgot and it got burried. I just remember and dug it out to come back here.

I can't imagine how you're feeling after so long! Poor you! I get miserable the morning after I have a night of my mask deciding it's going to leak all night (like last night - it would start leaking just as I would start falling asleep so it would wake me up, I'd adjust it, settle back down, start falling asleep, etc) so a week and half!?

Good luck.

yay, my headrest finally came
turns out canada post was mistaken about the package being lost; a helpful representative at cpap.com traced it, and got back to me after a couple of days to let me know that it was, indeed, on it's way...(unfortunately, the first rep. i talked to wasn't nearly so helpful and was even a little rude; had she been more pleasant and willing to work with me, we would have been able to trace the package a lot sooner and found canada post's error then...but, i suppose it's water under the bridge now)

so, i've been back on the hose for two nights now, after almost two weeks without it...i have to say, i was amazed at how much anxiety i felt over not being treated for my osa; i did try--quite unsuccessfully-- to use the interfaces i have on hand, but was still extremely anxious about sub-optimal treatment; just goes to show you how one can eventually become very accustomed to this therapy, and, in fact, accustomed to GOOD therapy, with minimal leaks and maximum comfort...all, of course, thanks to the advice and support i've found here

thanks, also, to my fellow forum members, for the support, empathy and suggestions...being without my headrest was difficult, much more than i would have expected when i first began therapy, something to which only other cpap-users would be able to relate...and the kindness i continue to find here made me feel so much better

thanks again, everyone

Glad to hear it's found and delivered. I'm sure you must have been so relieved to hop into bed
