Actually, you are correct. I'm a perfect candidate for MMA/GA, supposedly.

Now I KNOW you all are going to be looking really close at my avatar to see just how big my nose is! Really, it isn't that big--I look normal, I swear!

I didn't look until you said you thought we'd look : ) Looks fine to me! Nice nose : )

Jen-this just shows that there is a mask out there for EVERYONE. You love the Hans Rudolph(think you're only person I've heard using it) and I swear by the DREADED Oracle!! Hey the important thing is that we're sleeping well and being compliant. Good for us all.
PS-you DO have a nice average sized nose.

Jen, you have nothing to worry about, unless "John_M" starts a new topic entitled "GERD medications (and noses).

Your secret is safe with us, unless of course someone googles "jen's nose", then all bets are off!

Or, Hans Rudolph, Inc., decides to post your story on their website, photo profile, and medical confirmation that "only the Hans Rudolph V2 could handle this nose". Then your in trouble (although you would get a lifetime supply of masks).

As the saying goes ... it's not the size that matters, it's how you use it.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

Cliff and Roberto:

I am laughing my ASS off! I was on the phone with someone when I read that and it was all I could do to hold it in and not laugh out loud. The consumer rep from the cable company would NOT have understood!

Jen is not the only one who uses this mask. I absolutely love it. I also have a slightly larger than average nose. It might have something do with having French-Italian ancestry.

I looked at the brochure and I think the flange might help keep the mask in place better. Will have to try when the extra-smalls come on the market.

Looks like your getting your mask and I am getting my sizing calipers. Today from Kelly Randolph:

Yes,
We can mail you the new Mask Sizing Caliper and the old version also. They
both should equal the same size mask but keep in mind that face measuring is
not a perfect science so these get you 95% of the way there maybe.

Best Regards,

Hey, just to throw this in the mix, Jen's HR Medium is not making its current possessor happy. She might have another HR Medium for someone to try, if you've been reading this thread and thinking you want to.

I have a small nose. Very shallow bridge and fat cheeks. Have trouble wearing glasses. I suspect this mask is NOT for me, but the description on cpap.com is very intriguing!

Jen, what do you think? Should I give it a whirl?

LOL,
B.

I currently have a stash of Nasal Aire II cannulas in Small or Extra Small. Please PM me if you would like them. I'm interested in bartering for something strange and wonderful that I don't currently own. Or a Large size NAII cannula. :)

It might be worth a whirl. I'm getting a size xsml soon that I could send you to try from a generous member. How have other ff masks fit you? If you are doing well with your nasalaire II you may want to consider a ff mask for when you have a cold. Have you tried any ff masks? How did they fit you?

Hey Jen, I'm game to try anything once. I don't like the idea of a FF, but I have a ComfortFull2 here for emergency use if I get congested. Haven't had to use it yet, thankfully!!!!

LOL,
B.

[[Ok, Gasp, I know I'm setting myself up for "big schnazz" jokes,]]

Whewn you go on vacation, do you have to book a flight for two? One for you and one for your nose?

(I'm just Kidding!- I have a large nose too so, please feel free to counter joke I had to register my Nose with the CIA as a dangerous weapon- I was in a race last week... I won by a nose- Birds think it's a perch, folks just run away screaming- Laugh and the world laughs with you. Sneeze and its goodbye Seattle- some people think my parents lost a bet with God- flowers cower in fear whenever I'm near- People are just jealous because I can smell my own ear (jokes from movie Roxanne)

I have the same problem as you- the bridge of my nose is narrow, and apparently too tall from my face and the masks I've tried ALL hurt quite badly and leave an aweful mark that takes about 2 hours or more to fully go away. When I was picking my machine up, they had a Hans Rudolf mask, and I almost chose it, but the DME tried pushing another cheap mask on me, and took the Hans into another room to get another mask, and by time I was doen trying on masks, I forgot abotu the Hans- ended up choosing the Resmed ultra mirage and I absolutely hate it as it really hurts- Thing is, it feels nice and comfy for a hour or so, but then the pain starts and just keeps getting worse the longer I wear it- which oif course I didn't realize tryinhg it a the DME shop for just a couple minutes.
