RG commented on this previously though I don't have the thread. Apparently she owns a Remstar Auto, the resmed one, and a 420E and it works fine on all of them. Rested - would you please do the honors?

The two autopaps I've used with my Aura (and with other narrow diameter hoses like the Breeze and the Swift) are the Respironics REMstar Auto with C-Flex and the ResMed Autoset Spirit. Worked fine for me with those machines. I had let a friend have my 420E Auto long before the Aura came out, so never tried the Aura with that machine although I'm sure it would have been fine for me with the 420E.

Here are some topics you can click about why some mask manufacturers issue caveats about some masks being used with autopaps. Mask manufacturers have concerns about whether the autopap can detect events properly when there are changes in wave shape from the air passing through a narrow diameter connector hose.
