I got my kit yesterday! Thank you SleepGuy! I will post a review after a few nights. I was pooped last night, so I am not sure if the aroma was the cause of a good night's sleep or not.

Cheers all

There is one slight problem with the Pur-Sleep system.

That is this. I have a hard time getting to sleep because I am standing next to my bed at my supply of essential oils trying to decide what I want to use to get to sleep with!

I can't decide which one or combination of them I want to use, so I stand there frozen for 10 minutes trying to figure it out! Once the decision is made and the oils are on the 'launching pad' it's off to sleep I go.

Anybody have a system on how to select the aroma for the night? I'm losing precious sleep trying to choose!

Used mine for the 1st time last night. I chose Clear because I tend to stuffed-up at night. I slept for 7.2 hrs, awoke very refreshed, have had no desire for a nap today. Usually around 4:00 I need a quick 15 minute nap but not today. Most nights I wake up between 3 and 5 a.m. with my nose almost totally clogged BUT not this morning! Overall I give a 10 for the night. I am going to mix the Peace with the Clear tonight and see what happens.

Thanks SleepGuy,
Gilda

For a number of reasons, Pur-Sleep aromatics are 100% authentic essential oils. Jasmine essential oil is extremely expensive and hence is not offered (the real thing would cost a small fortune).

Question: Should Pur-Sleep offer an artificial fragrance line to include jasmine, rose, and perhaps a few others? How big of a deal is it to you that the aromatics are 100% natural?
No, no, don't go over to the dark side! Therapeutic essential oils are key. Think of it as supporting those who make the oils. You're a part of a growing grass roots type of movement to natural products. If enough people support this idea, industry will follow this market demand.

i agree!
I wouldn't use anything that isn't 100% natural myself.
my preference also; these days it's so hard to find things that aren't artificial or compromised in some way...don't bastardize your product!

Another pretty darn good night. I used a drop of Peace and a couple of drops of Clear. That seemed to work as well if not better than each of them alone. I like the idea of using combinations a bunch, so I'll be ordering more of the oils, Sleep Guy! Thanks again.

Only problem is that today it's looking like we're going to get some more rain (which isn't a bad thing here in the desert SW) and my entire body is acting as a barometer. OUCH! Usually, it's just my right shoulder, but lately my entire body has been reacting to weather changes. Oh well, as a friend of mine says "It takes a brave person to get old!" LOL

PS
Another little problem is we're changing health insurance plans AGAIN (every year for the last 5 years or so) and I'm trying to figure out exactly what our DME coverages will be. We're going to BC/BS of Tennessee, high option, but I understand every plan is different. Drat.

Not only did I breath better yesterday during the day, I only had to do my albuterol inhaler once.

Last night I once again SLEP THROUGH THE NIGHT!!!! Woo hoo! I could get used to this.

My numbers are good and I feel great. Fabulous product!

I have no idea as to the cost of the oils, that was why I suggested Jasmine. It is a fav scent of mine, I would not use anything but an essential oil near my cpap. I do have to breathe it all nite,

i hear ya, i have no idea about the cost of this things either...too bad, though that some have a more prohibitive price tag than others, especially if that applies to the scents you like best, but i guess you just have good taste!

I absolutely can not believe I got my pur-sleep after only 2 days!!!!!

I can not wait to try it tonight!!

I opened each bottle and 'sniffed' each one to see which I wanted to try tonight!!

Since the mold is so high, and I am so allergic, I think I will try the clear, to help keep me breathing thru my nose.

As an aside to all interested, we have had about a week without rain. The temp is about 95 (welcome to July in Oklahoma), and the humidity is still high, making it feel like 100+. We have mosquitos the size of houses. They are predicting more rain in about 3-5 days.

Gotta love Oklahoma weather, coldest winter, followed by wettest spring and summer. What's next? another drought? (tongue already bit, I don't want another drought)

Thanks SleepGuy!!!

Hey, Okies, there's life beyond the red clay. Get out. My ancestors left when God sent the Dust Bowl. Get a clue.

Hey, here's my two cents, from someone who is putting her order in today, after reading this thread - Sleep Guy, you might want to figure out how much it would actually cost to sell the natural versions of those scents people have asked about. Post the costs here, and see if anyone would be willing to buy at that price. Only way you'll know. Someone out there might be loaded and want to pay the price. Sounds like natural is the way to go for this product.

OR... You might offer some synthetics, but LABELELD CLEARLY and see if anyone buys those. What one person cannot tolerate may be someone else's favorite.

I'm off to give this a whirl. I'm really intrigued with all the great press here on the Clear.

Cheers,
Barbara

Authentic rose or jasmine essential oil (the real thing) would have to retail for at least $45 per 5ml. That's about .50 per drop.

There would have to be enough volume to justify the capital costs of buying the oils, meeting minimum bottling production runs, labels, etc. I don't see it happening in the near term.

Thanks again for all of the feedback. I'd sure like to hear from more of you who are test driving the system.
