Mine is a lack of memory. I wouldn't remember anything else.
And I also lack imagination!

Handle

Post by azaloune » Sat Jun 09, 2007 11:59 pm

I got my handle a decade ago. My hubby, Sequoia, gave it to me. This is the name of his favorite High Level Character in D & D. He gave me the handle when he worked for AOL and had to set up my account his first day on the job and he could not call me to ask me what to use.

I also use the name at renaissance faires to protect my identity from people I don't want to know my real name.

I have no idea where he got Sequoia. But I can only imagine!

My avatar is just a piece of clip art I found. I'm not photogenic.
Thanks for the Happy Thread!!

Maybe It's Time for a New Name Anyway

Post by StillAnotherGuest » Sun Jun 10, 2007 8:44 am

One of my other suicide missions was to show a support of "guest posting" (although that's being tested a little bit now) by trying to make pertinent contributions under a "Guest" status. You still have to build up a reputation somehow (good or bad), so I posted under "StillAnotherGuest" and shortened it to SAG so people would know it's the same poster. When the new policy preventing the posting of links by guests went into effect, I could no longer post images, so what the heck, I registered the name in order to be able to do that.

Aromatherapy may help CPAP compliance. Lavender, Mandarin, Chamomile, and Sweet Marjoram aid in relaxation and sleep. Nature's Gift has these and a blend of all four called SleepEase.

I'm sooooo unoriginal . . . . I will have to change my name. When I signed up, I had not read any posts yet. Any suggestions? My usual handle is unoriginal as well . . . ALIJACE . . . combined kids names!

Hmmmmm, have to go figure out a new handle!

Right after I started on CPAP some of my co-workers were asking about it. I was still a little depressed about having to be rigged to a machine to sleep properly and told them that its like having a hose for a nose and pressure that makes your eyes bug out. They got together and bought a big stuffed Gonzo doll for my desk shelf. The "Snoozing" part was added because the sign-up page said there was another Gonzo. When I read of folks getting a hard time from co-workers or bosses, I feel very fortunate.
